All dental personnel that have been screened through an entire interviewing process with EnCore Advanced Dental Staffing.  Each individual must meet for a in person interview, complete our full application packet and present required identification and state board documents.  EnCore Advanced Dental Staffing does check all hygiene, assistant and dentist documentation against the Tennessee State Board of Dental Examiners for validity.  All applicants must also sign an authorization for a criminal background check to be qualified to register into our agency.  All applicants have verified dental experience.
