We provide dental personnel that have been screened through an entire interviewing process with EnCore Advanced Dental Staffing. Each individual must meet for a in person interview, complete our full application packet and present required identification and state board documents. EnCore Advanced Dental Staffing does check all hygiene, assistant and dentist documentation against the Tennessee State Board of Dental Examiners for validity. All applicants must also sign an authorization for a criminal background check to be qualified to register into our agency. All applicants have verified dental experience.

We staff for all positions throughout the dental office. We will match our applicants to your office for daily, weekly, maternity leave or any situation you are experiencing for temporary assignment. We also work for you in filling permanent positions you have based on your criteria specifically. The screening of initial applicants is done for you saving you time, advertising dollars and frustration at reviewing unwanted resumes. We will set up both interviews and working interviews to best meet the schedule of your office during this process. We are here for you during the entire search and ready to communicate with you.
